WASTEWATER OUTFALL CONSTRUCTION
SNELLS BEACH, AKL           


Client: McConnell Dowell

McConnell Dowell are the principal contractor to whom MWN Civil Ltd are sub contracted to undertake enabling works on the new site compound and lay down area.


The scope included: 

  • Installation of silt fencing

  • Stripping topsoil

  • Spoil and aggregate cartage

  • Installation of geo-textile cloth

  • Back filling and compaction of aggregates

  • Excavation and metal prepping for main
    office area & compound entrance
    carriage-way

The 8.5 tonne and 5.5 tonne diggers were utilised extensively on this site to handle all work requested by the client and were particularly versatile due to their compact sizes.

MWN Civil Ltd were retained onsite full time to the completion of the project utilising versatile equipment and operator's skills and experience.

Our dedication to the client's requirements aided in the successful completion of this project on schedule.

Client: Fulton Hogan/Hebs Construction

Fulton Hogan/Hebs Construction are the principal contractors to whom MWN Civil Ltd are subcontracted to undertake general earthworks and cartage on this ongoing project.

This includes site works for the new:
North Harbour Hockey Stadium
North Harbour BMX Club
Wainoni Park Pony Club


The scope includes: 

  • Excavation for common service trenches

  • Excavation for subsoils

  • Footpath/Kerb & Channel Prep

  • Back filling of aggregates a

  • Topsoil re-instatement

  • Drilling for fencing

  • Spoil and aggregate cartage.

CBD, AKL 2006-2008


Client: Dominion Constructors

Dominion Constructors were the principal contractor to whom MWN Civil Ltd were subcontracted to undertake works for the tree pits, excavation, prep for footpath/kerbs and water feature.


The scope included: 

  • Service locating

  • Excavation for services

  • Demolition works

  • Back filling of aggregates to design subgrade

  • Spoil and aggregate cartage.

  • Auger drilling for piling

The 5 tonne and 3 tonne diggers were utilised extensively on this site to handle all work requested by the client and were particularly versatile due to their compact sizes.

MWN Civil Ltd were retained onsite full time utilising both Rock Breakers & Auger Drilling equipment. The successful completion of this project was aided by a high level of operator skills and experience.

This was our First major project to be associated with, and were proud to have given an outstanding service and a successful outcome for our client.
